How to Clear Your Browser Cache:
Experiencing issues with our website or an application? Clearing your browser's cache often resolves common display and functionality problems. Follow these simple steps for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome Settings: Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of your browser window, then select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security: In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and security.
- Clear Browse Data: Click on Clear Browse data.
- Select Time Range and Data Types:
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Ensure Cached images and files are checked. You can uncheck other options if you only want to clear the cache.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox Settings: Click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the top-right corner of your browser window, then select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security: In the left-hand menu, click Privacy & Security.
- Clear Data: Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Clear Data....
- Select Data Types and Clear:
- Ensure Cached Web Content is checked. You can uncheck other options if you only want to clear the cache.
- Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge Settings: Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of your browser window, then select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy, search, and services: In the left-hand menu, click Privacy, search, and services.
- Choose What to Clear: Scroll down to the Clear Browse data section and click Choose what to clear.
- Select Time Range and Data Types:
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Ensure Cached images and files are checked. You can uncheck other options if you only want to clear the cache.
- Click Clear now.
Clear Safari Cache (Mac):
- With History & Cookies: Safari Menu > Clear History... > Select "all history" > Clear History.
- Cache Only: Enable Develop menu (Safari Settings/Preferences > Advanced > "Show Develop menu"). Then, Develop Menu > Empty Caches.
Clear Safari Cache (iPhone/iPad):
- With History & Cookies: Settings app > Safari > Clear History and Website Data > Clear History and Data.
- Cache/Cookies Only: Settings app > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data (or delete individually).
