This guide will walk you through how to manage your shared subscription, including adding and removing child users. Only the 'parent' user has the ability to manage the shared subscription and its users.
Accessing Your Account

Go to My Account: Navigate to our website and click on 'My account' located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Log In: Alternatively, you can go directly to accounts.stuff.co.nz and log in with your credentials.
Navigating Your Digital Subscription

Access Digital Subscription: Once logged in, on the bottom left, click on the 'Digital subscription' tab.
You will see several tabs across the top: Subscription, Transactions, and History.
Subscription Tab Overview
The Subscription tab provides a summary of your active subscriptions and allows you to:
- Disable or enable auto-renew
- Manage shared accounts (add, remove, invite users)
- Update your payment method
- Upgrade to a higher plan (10, 20, and 50 available)
Managing Shared Accounts
To add or remove users from your shared subscription:
- Access Shared Accounts: Under the "Subscription" tab, locate the "Manage shared accounts" section.
- Add/Remove Users: Use the provided options to add or remove users.

Send Invite: Click the envelope icon (✉️) to send an invitation to a new user.
Managing Payment Method/Billing Card
To update your payment information:
- Access Payment Method: Under the "Subscription" tab, locate the "Update your payment method" section.
- Update Details: Follow the prompts to update your billing card details.
Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab displays your previous transactions. From here, you can:
- Email an invoice.
- Download a PDF of the invoice.
History Tab
The History tab provides a record of your account history.
