- Log In to Your Account:
- Go to the Stuff website.
- Click on your profile icon (usually an initial in a circle) in the top right corner.
- Select "Your account" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Subscriptions:
- On your "Your Account" page, you will see several tabs. By default, you should be on the "Subscription" tab, which displays your active subscriptions.
- Cancel a Subscription:
- Under "My subscriptions," locate the subscription you wish to manage.
- Click the "Manage" dropdown menu next to the subscription.
- Select "Cancel subscription."
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?"
- Click "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.
- You will still have access to the content until the end of your current paid period.
- Resume a Canceled Subscription:
- If your subscription is canceled but still active for a period, you may see an option to "Resume subscription" under the "Manage" dropdown.
- Clicking this will reactivate your subscription, and a confirmation message "The subscription has been resumed" will appear.
- Update Payment Method:
- Under the "Subscription" tab, click the "Manage" dropdown next to your subscription.
- Select "Update renewal payment method."
- Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Payment methods" tab from your "Your Account" page.
- Here you can add a new payment method or set an existing one as default
- View Transaction History:
- Click on the "History" tab on your "Your Account" page.
- This section provides a detailed record of your subscription activities, including purchases, cancellations, and refunds.
