You can report a wet paper via your Stuff Account. If you are using this option for the first time, simply click the "Sign up" button (as shown below) and follow the instructions online to create your Stuff Account. You will need your Subscriber ID and Surname to register (your Subscriber ID is located on your invoice).
Simply visit accounts.stuff.co.nz and click on the "Newspaper self-service" tab to report your delivery issue.
If you are not able to do this online, you can call us 0800 339 000 and use our automated phone self-service system to report a wet paper, or you can speak to someone from our Customer Care team.
You can also email subscribers@stuff.co.nz to report a wet paper.
If your newspaper is not readable, you won’t be charged - you will receive a credit or an extension to your newspaper subscription.
You can also access the digital edition of your newspaper via our website PressReader.com. Please note the complimentary access is only for the day(s) you receive a Printed Edition of your publication.
Remember as part of your subscription, you also have access to thepost.co.nz, thepress.co.nz & waikatotimes.co.nz where you can access all of Stuff's digital publications including Sunday Star-Times and all regional publications. For Monday - Saturday subscribers, simply log in or register for a Stuff account and your unlimited access will automatically be granted.
